Annie bought and sold real estate as a personal investment for nearly twenty years before joining Demsker Reality. Highly creative and eminently practical, she prides herself on her ability to spot potential in a property.  She has extensive experience with the renovation process and is skilled a re-imagining a space to meet her customers’ aesthetic and financial goals.

Annie has worked in media and communications for most of her professional life. A perceptive listener and innovative thinker, she is also a keen strategist, offering her clients expertise in advertising, marketing, and negotiation.

Having recently formed her own team within Demsker Reality, Annie covers real estate opportunities in all five boroughs, as well as the Southern Adirondacks.
